Agrologist reports included with seed tests.
To increase the value of our seed tests, we now attach an agrologist report to selected test certificates. A germination result of 100% needs no explanation, but sometimes test results need to be more than just a number, they need to be explained, and recommendations given. When we see test results like this, our in house agrologist now attaches his report to your certificate. Our agrologist reports cover areas such as low vigor seed, disease testing, chemical damage etc.
This added service comes at no extra cost.

Lendon seed lab customers can now look up their test results online. We have upgraded the www.lendon.ca site, allowing our customers to, monitor the progress of their test results online from the time we receive them at the lab, until we issue the test certificates.
Customers can also see their payment history, and for the first time put up seed ads on the web quickly and easily by themselves.
We hope this will make the Lendon Seed, Service and Cleaner guide more usefull.

Wet Spring 2011

As you know, many acres of crop did not get planted this Spring. If you have saved seed make sure it is tested for Germination before seeding in 2012.

The Harvest weather of 2011 was quite good and we are seeing Higher Germinations and lower Disease levels than the last two harvests.

Also we are doing CLEARFIELD testing of Lentils at our lab. Remember you can use your own seed for CLEARFIELD Lentils, but you must get a CLEARFIELD tolerance test done on your seed to get chemical discounts from BASF. BASF pays for the CLEARFIELD and Germination test on the lentils you are using for seed.

We have an arrangement with a lab in Alberta to provide Flax GMO testing for our customers. Please call for more information.
